Return policy

RETURNS POLICY:

Our returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. 

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted for items that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or for items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven't received a refund yet, please double-check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed all of these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@thekidboutique.com.

 

EXCHANGES:

We only replace items if they are initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@thekidboutique.com and send your item to: 4544 Rue Saint-André, Montréal, QC, H2J 2Z7, Canada.

 

SHIPPING:

To return your product, please mail it to: 4544 Rue Saint-André, Montréal, QC, H2J 2Z7, Canada. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
