Return policy

RETURNS POLICY:

Our returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. Please note that certain types of goods are not eligible for return, including perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials or substances, and flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. In some cases, only partial refunds are granted for items that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or for items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven't received a refund yet, please double-check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed all of these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@thekidboutique.com.

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not eligible for refunds.

EXCHANGES:

We only replace items if they are initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@thekidboutique.com and send your item to: 4544 Rue Saint-André, Montréal, QC, H2J 2Z7, Canada.

GIFTS:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.

SHIPPING:

To return your product, please mail it to: 4544 Rue Saint-André, Montréal, QC, H2J 2Z7, Canada. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
